The Category III CPT codes that were released by the American Medical Association in 2019 include describe services that could be delivered to either apparently health populations or those with chronic disease. The ACSM EP-C individual would fit into the reimbursement model for apparently healthy populations.

CEPA is unaware of any efforts to license EP-C individuals.
